Compass Padel is designed for people and organisations that can build local participation and commercial partnerships. This may include padel club owners, sports entrepreneurs, event operators, regional sports promoters, commercial rights holders, sport and leisure investors, brands, agencies or partners with access to club and player networks.

You can run the model in a structured way, with club leagues feeding into knockouts and a regional final, or you can create your own pathway using the clubs, players, sponsors and event opportunities in your market. The objective is to build a year-round competition calendar that players enjoy, clubs support, and sponsors want to be associated with.

Compass Padel Regional Licensing
Compass Padel represents a practical commercial opportunity in a rapidly growing sport. We are inviting ambitious local operators, entrepreneurs, clubs and sports partners to secure exclusive territory rights and build their own calendar of Compass Padel events, supported by an international brand and an aspirational World Final in Spain. Regional licences are limited, and only one licence holder is appointed for each agreed territory.
A flexible licence model built around your territory!

The Compass Padel Licensing Programme gives selected partners exclusive rights to operate the brand in a defined region or territory. Licence holders receive the brand platform, marketing assets and support needed to launch, but they are not locked into one prescribed event format. You choose how to create participation and revenue locally — from ranked leagues and seeded knockouts to club festivals, corporate competitions, sponsor-backed events, premium finals weekends, academy partnerships, merchandise, sub-licensing or other commercial routes that suit your market.

The licence includes the right to send one male pair and one female pair from your territory to the World Final. How those pairs qualify is up to you. A licence holder might run two league cycles and a regional final, (as shown in a sample revenue model that is shared with potential licence holders), or might create several different qualifying routes during the year. The commercial upside comes from that flexibility: more clubs, more formats, more sponsor packages and more player experiences can all create additional revenue opportunities.
